On March, 1st 1998, Dilanthi began her reign as "Queen of Cakes" at Sweet Passions, her cake expertise didn't begin there. In 1975, a family member persuaded Dilanthi to make a special cake for a family function. From that one cake, her desire grew and her famed cakes are now esteemed by people worldwide!

When not making a beautiful confection for Sweet Passions, Dilanthi enjoys spending time with her grandson and 3 dogs. She is an avid gardener and will find any excuse to go "over the hill" to Santa Cruz.
